Executive Management

Mark has an extensive track record of sales success in the telecommunications industry. He was most recently VP of sales at Gold Wire Technology, a leading provider of IP configuration management software for next generation networks. Prior to that he was the VP of Sales of Asia-Pacific and Latin America for Inet Technologies Inc., a leading provider of communications hardware and software solutions for next generation networks.

Mr. Tavitian started his career in telecommunications at Cable and Wireless, where he served in multiple sales and management roles for over 12 years. His last four years he was region director of the company's western division, where he managed more than 100 employees in the company's largest geographical region. He was named top regional director at Cable and Wireless for four consecutive years and grew revenue in his division by more than $35 million during that time.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree from Union College, and participated in Harvard's Executive MBA program in 1997.

RICH BOULE VP of Sales Engineering
Rich Boulé brings over 20 years of experience in Operations and Product Development.  Rich has served in senior roles in engineering products for the networking industry.  Rich most recently served as the VP of Core Engineering for Sonus Networks. 

Prior to Sonus Rich was the Sr. Director of remote development for Cedar Point Communications.   Rich also served as the Sr. Director of Voice Engineering at 3Com Corporation.  In this role Rich was responsible for Small to Medium Enterprise Voice switch software and all voice hardware made and sourced by the company.  Previously Rich worked at Gold Wire Technology as the VP of Engineering.  Gold Wire developed and sold products to Enterprise customers for managing changes to their network infrastructure. 

Previously Boulé worked at YAS Corporation, a venture capital and broadband consulting firm. Boulé managed the development and roll out of the provisioning systems for the RoadRunner high-speed cable modem service.  Prior to YAS Corporation, he served as the General Manager of the Remote Access Division for Bay Networks where high density servers with the first digital modem implementation in the industry were introduced.

Boulé also served as the VP of Engineering for Xylogics.  Prior to Xylogics, Boulé held engineering management positions at Proteon and GE.  Boulé holds a master's degree from the University of Vermont, Burlington, VT and a bachelor's degree from Western New England College, Springfield, MA.  Rich also holds CCENT, CCNA and CCDA certifications from Cisco.

SUE GAROFALO, Administrator
Sue's responsibilities are to administer all operations at ADI, both customer related and within the corporation. Sue comes to ADI with over ten years of experience in support and administration.

Sue started her career at State Street Bank, moving to become the Trust administrator for Foley, Hoag & Eliot in Boston.

LEAH FINN, Office Assistant
Leah started her career at General Telephone Electronic where she worked as a Senior Pension Administrator and has also worked for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese as a Teacher’s Aide at various grade levels within the Dorchester Catholic Schools.
At ADI Leah focuses on administrative issues, while spending most of her activities assisting the ADI not for profit accounts.

LAURA WENTZEL, Account Management
Laura Wentzel brings over 20 years of industry experience serving the small, medium, and large Enterprise environment. Laura started her career in telecommunications at New England Telephone/Verizon where she spent 20 years in various roles ranging from Service, Sales Engineer as well as Pricing and Contract Management.

Starting in customer service she supported the small business segment helping customers understand the basics of telecom offerings. Laura moved on to support one of the top tier one Banks in New England where she maintained customer relations for 8 years. She oversaw the day to day network operations and led the team in several large disaster recovery projects to protect the customer from network failure.

Her knowledge in product and tariff offerings allowed her to move into the pricing and contracts team working large individual custom bids. Laura holds a bachelor's degree from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont, and has participated in multiple telecom industry leadership and technical courses and also holds a Cisco CCDA certification.
